Shipping and Handling
- How will my order be shipped?

Nineteen47.com offers reliable UPS shipping. We use UPS to ship Ground, 2nd Day, Next Day and International. We have flat rates for all of our shipping, that way no matter how much you order, it’s the same cost. UPS allows us to have all of our packages insured and tracked for your convenience. We do ship internationally to select countries, there is a flat rate shipping charge depending on the country and the customer is responsible for the customs charges once the items are received.
- Does UPS deliver on the weekends?

No, UPS only delivers Monday Through Friday.
- Do I need to sign for my package?

Generally it is up to the UPS driver’s discretion whether to leave a package at a location or not. If you need a signature on your package please write that in your customer notes.
- Can you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes and will need a physical address to ship to.
- What days does Nineteen47.com not ship orders?

Nineteen47.com follows the UPS holiday schedule. We cannot ship on the days below, please be aware that UPS packages are not delivered these days either.

- What are my shipping options with UPS?

Nineteen47.com offers express shipping options. Express shipped orders must be placed by 11am each business day.
For Next Day or Second Day delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11:00am EST, otherwise they will be shipped the next business day.

- What types of payment does Nineteen47.com accept?

Nineteen47.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All transactions must be validated with the billing address associated with the credit card.
Generally, credit cards are not charged until we ship the item(s) to you. However, when you pay for your order using a credit card that is associated with a checking account, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your account balance.
General Questions
- Do you gift wrap?

No, we are unable to gift wrap for you, but we can add a note to your order. When placing your order please leave your message in the customer notes and write that it is a gift and we will take care of it to the best of our ability.
- What if I need to make a change to my order?

As long as your order has not shipped out yet we should be able to accommodate changes to your order. We do suggest either calling or e-mailing as soon as you need to make a change. We will need your payment information again when making any changes to your order.
